Delete User account profiles in windows 8:
Deleting user account from windows 8 can be performed in two methods, first one is similar to one explained in above category, instead on clicking on change the account name click on Delete the account link in step 4.
Method II:
In this method we shall be using registry editor to perform this task.
Step 1:
Open registry editor via metro UI screen or via RUN command.
Step 2:
Now we need to locate user account profiles in registry editor to locate these follow the link location given below.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> Software >> Microsoft >> Windows NT >> CurrentVersion >> ProfileList
On this location you will find few folders like S-1-5-21-1626378268-3823106015-1000, these are the folders for particular user account.
Step 3:
To know the folder to which user it belongs, observe the file labeled as ProfileImagePath, after selecting the profile folder to delete, right click on the folder and click on Delete tab in the dropdown menu.
On performing this action, another window will appear on your screen, as shown in below image. This window asks for you confirmation to delete the account, if are sure then click on yes button.
